Prizes for best costumes, 1 free drink ticket included with admission, along with a cash bar. Punch & snacks and some great DJ music for your dancing pleasure by our very own Bill Moore.

Brandon Sits! Community Meditation

Wednesdays

12:30pm -

A weekly meditation circle - no experience is necessary. This is for anyone who:

-has been hearing about meditation's benefits and wants to give it a try but doesn't know where to start

-could use the structure of a regular meditation session to support their new practice

-is a regular meditator who would enjoy sitting in the company or other meditators, or

-would simply savor a brief, silent interlude in the busyness of their day

We will be sitting on chairs but if you want to bring your own meditation cushion please feel free. New to meditation? Welcome! Please plan to arrive the first time at 12:30 and you'll receive an orientation to and guidance in mindfulness meditation to help you get started. Sit for 10 minutes, 20 minutes or more.
